I know that the last thing anyone needs is yet another opinion on the current situation of the world.  This is just my opinion, and how I see things unfolding based upon my own intuition.  As the saying goes, opinions are like assholes, everyone has one and they all stink, but these are my opinions, and you can agree or disagree, only time will tell if my feelings on the matter are correct.

Looking back on the last 6000 years of history and lets be real I’m sure a lot has been left out, but based on the heinous things we do know about that have been perpetrated against fellow humans, animals and the planet, humankind as a whole has a shit ton of Karma to deal with.  Looking solely at my country, The United States of America, we are responsible for the death of millions of Native Americans, people whose kindness and willingness to share with strangers is celebrated every year at Thanksgiving.  While slavery always existed we sure did make it infinitely worse.  Japanese internment camps during WWII, nuclear war and weapons, mass shootings, women’s rights, abortion, war mongering, the list goes on.  The karmic debt that the US has alone is astronomical, throw in the rest of the world and we have a lot of sins to answer for.  All of this to say, that is why things are so awful right now.  This is not the end, this is the universe’s way of allowing the most people the opportunity to make changes, to choose love over hate, light over darkness, compassion over corporate greed. 

Something we all need to remember is yes, we have free will, so we get to make whatever decisions we want to make, BUT what we don’t get to choose are the consequences for those choices.  We fucked around, and now we are finding out.  There is hope though.  The universe, or God whatever you want to call it, never takes something away without having something better to replace it.  Think about the kind of world you want to live in.  Do you want to continue slaving away for the 1% who pay less taxes than you, or do you want to live in a world where people actually care about one another?  The sick are actually cared for, without the threat of losing everything they own to cover the ridiculous costs.  Where everyone, not just rich white men, have success and the freedom to make the choices that are best for themselves and their families?  Create the world that you want.  We are powerful, as are the words that come out of our mouths, they call it spelling for a reason…. tiny little spells that we speak without ever putting any intention or thought into our words.  Whether you believe you CAN or you CAN’T, you are absolutely correct.  Just remember that everything is going to be ok in the end, if things aren’t ok, then it isn’t the end.
